Holy Communion

1st and 3rd Sunday of the month
When numbers allow this service takes place in the choir stalls.
Holy Communion is said in the modern form published in 2000. It includes a short sermon and lasts for 45minutes

2nd, 4th and 5th Sunday of the month
following the form in the 2000 book of Common Worship it includes songs and/or hymns led by a worship group and has a full address.
The service lasts for approx 75 minutes and is followed by coffee.

All - age worship

10 am

1st Sunday of the month
This is an informal service accompanied by the music group. It usually includes one or more talks or activities, hymns, songs, prayers, the sharing of experiences and opportunities to ask for prayer

It lasts for about an hour and is followed by coffee

Morning Praise

10am

3rd Sunday of the month.
A less predicatably structured service than Morning Prayer, it offers worship to God through songs and prayers, Bible passages and explanation of the reading in the form of an address. It lasts for about 75minutes and is followed by coffee

It should be noted that occasionally some services change in venue or timing. Please refer to the diary entry for a specific week.

Morning prayer
This service is held every Friday Morning at 9.30am in church or in the church hall if the weather is cold. It includes a time for open prayer when silent, extempore or written prayers may be offered by anyone in the congregation.

Hanover Court – Holy Communion services are held in the Common Room at 10.30am on the second Saturday of each month and are open to all.
